SIMPLEVOIP USER PORTAL GUIDE
Your step by step guide to the SimpleVoIP User Portal
After you receive an email with your personal user credentials via email, you can start using the SimpleVoIP portal to manage your phones from any Internet connected web browser.
User Portal URL: http://portal.simplevoip.us/
Login Credentials: Enter the User, Password, and Account Name included in your welcome email.
Forgot your password? No problem! It is one simple click to receive a temporary password to your registered email address.
Upon initial login, a welcome wizard will offer a few steps of guidance. Click next or skip through the three steps.
- The first dialog box informs you to “Access your Account Settings by clicking on your user name.’
2. The second dialog box informs you “Your Admin User settings can be viewed in the User tab. Individual settings such as Timezone, Language, and Date & Time can be changed based on your preferences.”
3. Finally, click ‘Roger That’ to complete the wizard and get to your personal setting preferences.
Control Center User Preferences
The Control Center shown below will be the default landing page. Select Close or Click your name to exit the user preferences and access the main User Portal management.
The Control Center includes the option to set preferences for Email, Password, Timezone & Language, Date and Time, and Colorblind Mode. Click the Settings icon shown to modify each section.
Modify the email where you receive your voicemail to email. Note: This does NOT change your username.
Enter and confirm new login password.
Timezone & Language
Choose your local timezone and language options; English, French, Russian, or Spanish.
NOTE: Time zone changes made here will be reflected on your phone within 24 hours.
Date and Time Display
Choose the desired format of Date and Time display for your Voicemail and Call History.
Use the upper right corner navigation to toggle between your assigned Apps and click your name to toggle between the User Portal and Control Center.
Choose your default App from the App menu.
User Portal Navigation
The User Portal navigation includes; Voicemails, Call History, Contact List, and Settings & Devices.
Access voicemails from any internet browser using the voicemail tab. Modify the date and time format using the Control Center preferences.
Select the voicemail to mark the status as New, Listened, or Deleted. Click any heading to sort.

Access date, caller ID, dialed number, and duration in the call history tab. Enter desired time frame or use search bar to locate specific calls.
Click on any heading to sort list, and modify date and time display using the Control Center preferences.
Access list of contacts, click to dial from physical phone, and search contacts with the Contact List tab.
The Quickcall Device is the physical phone associated to the user portal and will activate by clicking the Call button with a telephone number.
Settings & Devices
Enable call forwarding, simultaneous ring, and voicemail to email preferences in My Settings.
My Devices shows the device(s) associated to the User Portal.
To forward calls, enter the number as dialed from a physical phone. Enable to include physical phone when calls are forwarded and choose caller ID preference.
The Control Center email preferences controls the email in My Settings. When the email is changed in My Settings, it will also change in the Control Center.
